I found this wonderful resource (See below) and was surprised to see a slightly adapted version of my poem, The Full Stop Day, being used on the final page. If you don't know it, The Full Stop Day is about counting down the hours on the very last day of primary school. Some say it's a bit of tearjerker but I'll let you be the judge of that.
I was even more amazed to find my poem and the leavers' booklet being used in schools across the country. I love discovering that my work has value to someone; I just wish people who create these resources would reference authors and give them their due.

The original resource booklet was created by Ellie who you can follow on Twitter at @geog_on_teach and find her original booklet on T.E.S.
Someone then edited her document and added my poem unreferenced.
Anyway, all sorted! Now it's easy to see who wrote the poem and have access to the brilliant leavers and transition project. 😜
