Nice

Nice is swear word
I tell my class
They say, “Mr Bird,
you can’t say that!”

I swear at them
to make a point:

Your granny’s nice
That cake is nice
The world is nice
Being nice is nice

The class swear back
to make their point:

Mr Bird, you’re nice
Our class is nice
Being kind is nice
What’s wrong with nice?

I swear, I’m blessed
that they’re so nice
