Beware if you do linger

Do not linger long

For when you linger longer

Long lingering can go wrong

Young Tom once lingered longer

Longer than a while

The longest linger ever

Beside a crocodile

Longing for its dinny-dins

Feeding time ideal

Croc ate Tom's croquette fingers

His McBoy burger meal

So if you linger longer

Longer than you should

Don’t linger by a crocodile

You could be gone for good
